How far in advance should I book a charter bus? For large events or peak dates like weekends and holidays, we recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance. For more flexible dates, 2 weeks is usually sufficient. The earlier you book, the more vehicle options you will have.

How much does it cost to rent a charter bus? Charter bus pricing depends on the vehicle size, distance, duration, and time of year. The best way to get an accurate number is to request a quote, we will respond quickly with a clear, itemized price.

Do you offer one-way trips or only round trips? We offer both. Whether you need a one-way transfer or a round trip with a return pickup, we can accommodate it.

Can you accommodate ADA or wheelchair-accessible travel? Yes. TCS operates ADA-accessible vehicles for passengers who require them. Please mention this when requesting a quote so we can assign the right vehicle.

Do your buses have Wi-Fi? Yes, Wi-Fi is available on our full-size charter coaches.

What markets do you serve? TCS operates in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, the Bay Area, Las Vegas, and Phoenix. Our full fleet of six vehicle types is available across all California markets. In Las Vegas and Phoenix, we operate our 56-passenger full-size coach.

What happens if my plans change? We understand that plans shift. Contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you on rescheduling or adjustments. Our cancellation and change policies will be outlined in your contract.

Are your drivers licensed and insured? Yes. All TCS drivers hold the appropriate commercial licenses and TCS carries full commercial insurance coverage on all vehicles and trips.

Can you handle multi-day trips or interstate travel? Absolutely. We regularly operate multi-day charters across California, Nevada, and Arizona. Just include your full itinerary when requesting a quote.
